STRATEGY

Our User Adoption projects transform mindset and behavior. We increase users’ intention to use technology by changing their perception of technology.

Intention to use technology

Our unique approach targets three factors that determine users’ intention to use technology in their everyday work. By targeting all three, possible biases as well as the subjective feeling of being burdened by the new technology are reduced or eliminated.

Awareness

During a software rollout, a tool’s purpose needs to be adequately conveyed. We make sure your users are aware of new technology and its impact.

Usefulness

The software must be considered useful; i.e., must provide meaningful support in the user's perception of solving tasks.

Ease of use

New technology or software needs to be accompanied by quick and practical instructions to ensure that it can easily be integrated into the daily work routine.

“Strategy is crucial. If we had just rolled out Webex Teams without recommending specific Use Cases and informing our users on why this tool was the best choice for our workflow and our daily business needs, we wouldn’t have been able to reach the usage rate we ended up with.“
